We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure that they are accurate as possible. We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information is entered into the system. Please also do note, due to the nature of manufacturing, all lengths stated are approximate, and variation of up to 1 inch may occur. Please refer to our size guide for further details.

We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of FARIHALONDON.COM to ensure all goods are available as displayed.
In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, FARIHALONDON.COM reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will notify you immediately if there is any problem with your order, and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
QUALITY & CARE
All of our items pass through a quality checking process before they are deemed suitable for sale.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report to email@example.com with sufficient information and evidence, with images and proof of purchase. Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If your item(s) appear to be damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with images and details of the problem. The matter will then be referred to our Support Team, that will resolve the issue.
If for any reason, important information relating to the handling and care of your product is missing, i.e. wash care labels, please email us at email@example.com to request for this information. We cannot be held responsible for any act taken by the customer without consulting FARIHA LONDON which may result in damage to the product due to not following care instructions and guidelines normally present on each items wash care label.
