If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns form in full, which accompanied your order, enclose it with your parcel, with the returns label clearly on the top of your parcel.
All requests for an exchange will be subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour of the same design (with the same product value), you may return your item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send the replacement size/item to the delivery address used for your initial order (free from any additional charges). Exchange parcels once dispatched, will be sent using Royal Mail standard service (Monday-Saturday only).
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product (different product value), you will need to place a new order. The funds for your returned item will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow a period of 5 working days, following receipts of your returned parcel, for your exchanged to be processed.
If for whatever reason the garment is not of satisfactory quality due to damage or being faulty, we will accept a return within a 14 days’ period. The following conditions must be adhered to; returned unworn, with tags attached, must be in original packaging with original receipt.
NO returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Please securely wrap your parcel, attaching your free returns label clearly on top.
We CANNOT accept returns that have been worn, torn, soiled, or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Items which don’t have their original tags, and packaging will not apply for a full refund.
All returns are processed in order of arrival. Once received it may take up to 7 working days to be processed or more during a busy or sale period.

Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed.
once a refund has been completed by FARIHA LONDON, it may take up to 10-14 days to appear in your bank account depending on your banks policy.
We will only offer a refund for clothing if the garment(s) is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the FARIHA LONDON swing tag attached. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

We will only offer a refund/exchange for the clothing if the garment is unused, in perfect resalable condition with the FARIHA LONDON swing tag still attached. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Any items returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use or alteration) shall be returned to the customer.
When trying on garments, please ensure you are not wearing strong perfume or makeup which may leave scent or marks on the item.
When returning your items, we recommend using a form of Recorded delivery, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please do not return items solely using the FARIHA packaging bag.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
